September 2021 Community Newsletter
Irrigation Update
The irrigation district will be shutting off water Friday, September 10th. The Bainbridge community does have access to backup water supplies, and they will run until October 1st. As we use our backup supplies, please know it is imperative to follow the watering schedule below:
- Even ending addresses water Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Odd ending addresses water Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Sunday is a makeup day for the common areas.
This schedule should allow the system to distribute water evenly throughout the community if we all do our part to follow it. If you experience low pressure, try adjusting your watering time, and there may be some times when you have to supplement with your own house water. The common areas have been and continue to be adjusted as well. We greatly appreciate everyone’s help and patience as we wrap up the season.
Garage Sale
The Fall garage sale is set for this Saturday, September 11, 2021. An ad has been placed in the Statesman and a sign put at the main entrance. Anyone wanting to participate can from their own garage or driveway. Residents may put out additional signs, and are encouraged to post on social media. Good luck to everyone.
Pool Closure
Our pool season is coming to an end. The last day of swimming will be Sunday, September 19th. The pool will be official closed on September 20th. We hope you enjoyed the facility, and look forward to next season.
Back to School
School is back in session for most, and we do have lots of kids within the neighborhood and around us. Please slow down as they will be out and about heading to school and bus stops.
