September 2023 Community Newsletter
Event Calendar
Don’t forget to check the community calendar for upcoming events and food trucks. For instance Bright Ideas Coffee will be at the first pool Saturday morning. We also have some fun community events coming you’ll want to know about. You can find the event calendar at:

Pools Closing
With school back in and the weather changing, we are anticipating closing the pools on Monday, September 18th. Get all your final swimming in this week.
Fall Landscaping
It’s time to start trimming shrubs and trees that are growing into or over sidewalks and streets. Sidewalks should be clear for passage up to 8ft in height, and streets up to 14ft in height. It’s also time to start watching for leaves to drop. Please try to clean these up regularly, so they are not left to blow all into your neighbor’s yards.
Pets
When walking your pets, please try to avoid letting them do their business in the same spot every time. If you can avoid letting them go in neighbor’s yards, that’s also great. We know that we can’t always stop them, so if they go in a neighbor’s yard, please be kind and cleanup after them, and always keep them leashed.
Golf Carts
We just want to remind homeowners with golf carts that these items require a license to drive, and should follow the rules of the road, and not be driven or parked in common areas. Please be safe when using these.
THANK YOU!
We just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to all neighbors who regularly follow the rules and help us to maintain such a beautiful community. There’s always things to work on, but overall our community is a great place to live. Thank you!
